I'm writing to say that Zak did a great job of re-doing my 15 year old obsolete website which had become no longer useful. With my old website I was "dead in the water", unable to post to it or delete old product pages. But, in a matter of a few short days Zak set me up with a spectacular, easy to use, state-of-the-art website. My learing curve, with Zak's coaching, was easy to grasp. I was posting to it, editing, etc. within a few days. And it was done within my budget and was affordable. My few question-calls for help with details have been handled personally by Zak quickly. Zak helped me build a website for a unique business model that really didn't have any good examples to build from. He was patient and tenacious in working through our learning process. I'm pretty picky and appreciated his supportive approach and ability to find new ways to get to my end game, even when the target kept moving.
